Two frames. One bicycle. You choose how you get on.
The step-through frame lets you get on and off without lifting a leg over the top tube. Every other component is identical. Same motor, same battery, same range, same brakes, same warranty. The frame is the only decision.
Will it fit me?
Four frame sizes cover riders from 150 cm to 196 cm. Published rider-height bands for each size let you place yourself in ten seconds. Then come and stand over it at the showroom.
Rider-height bands:
- S (27.5" wheels): 150 to 166 cm
- M (29" wheels): 160 to 186 cm
- L (29" wheels): 174 to 191 cm
- XL (29" wheels): 187 to 196 cm

Bosch names thirteen things that move it: the assist mode you choose, the gear you are in, the hill, the wind, how fast you pedal, how hard you pedal, your tyre pressure, the road surface, the temperature, your weight, the weight on the rack, the route profile and how often you stop and start.
There is no single number because every ride is different. Peer-reviewed research on novice e-bike riders found that range anxiety faded as riders became familiar with their bicycle. The answer is not a bigger number. The answer is a ride.
Owners of this battery class report 70 to 90 km in regular use. One heavy rider on a similar configuration reported 50 km against an advertised 120 km and attributed the difference to his own weight. The conditions are real and they matter.
What does it weigh?
The whole system is rated to 150 kg: bicycle, rider, luggage and anything on the rack. The bicycle itself weighs 29 kg with the battery in. The battery is 3 kg of that and lifts out on a key.

Who fixes it later?
The frame warranty runs ten years and starts when you register it, within eight weeks of purchase. First service is at 300 km, then every 6 to 9 months if you ride most days, or once a year if you ride at weekends.

Key Specifications
Motor
Bosch Performance Line Smart System (BDU3360), 250 W, 75 Nm, mid-drive, quieter than 70 dB(A). Four assist modes take the hill for you. Assistance runs to 25 km/h.
Battery
Bosch PowerTube 600 (BBP3860), 600 Wh, 36 V, 16.7 Ah, integrated in the down tube. It lifts out on a key lock so you can charge it indoors.
Brakes
Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc, 180 mm front, 160 mm rear. Fitted to this bicycle in our workshop.
Lights
Herrmans MR5 front, H-Trace rear, LED, run from the main battery. Always available, nothing separate to charge.
Weight
29 kg with the battery in; the battery is 3 kg of that. You feel it lifting the bike, not riding it. Walk assist takes the strain when you push it.
Display
Bosch Purion 200 (BRC3800), colour, Bluetooth 5.0, IP55. It pairs with the Bosch eBike Flow app on your phone.
Gears
Shimano Cues 9-speed, Linkglide cassette, chainring covered. A wide, durable spread for flats and hills.
